Even if you do a good job and have solid projects under your belt, if upper leadership decides they want to get rid of you, they will — simply because upper management’s ego is too big to admit they made a mistake. You’re also expected to work crazy hours with an overwhelming workload and poor work‑life balance. This company has changed a lot since the HQ was in Ontario. You’re just a number now, and they’ll get rid of you at any moment. There have been MULTIPLE times where they randomly fired a percentage of HQ employees for no reason.
