Industrial Conglomerate focused on increase production volume (and profit) for the many companies acquired. Very open to ideas and investment in R&D
Cons
The huge acquisition spree of last 5 years, matched with a management style not flexible enough to accept medium term planning/results is crashing the company under short term view, lower service level and losing continuously best HR
