Pros
The people are pretty nice. The systems they use in daily business are somewhat archaic, a lot of excel spreadsheets. Updated business tools would do wonders.
Cons
A Masters Degree does not guarantee a better raise that comes with MBA. Underpay is the company motto especially if you are new young talent. It is best to leave and then comeback in order to get a competitive salary.
