Pros
The Emerson people are very professional. 401K match good and pay is okay.
Cons
New culture with other countries has brought down the environment. So much so that there was training to be "one Nidec". President and CFO from Italy want to close down parts of the company and go on SAP and move all the jobs to Brazil. Still haven't communciated a plan to move locations.
