Pros

It is a decent option (i guess) for people who just need an engineering job and want to get their foot into the door so to speak of engineering right after college, but many don't stay here too long after they've "built up their resume" - it is a very steady job....I mean you could literally stay in this position as an FSE I for probably like 20+ years and do little to no work and literally no one would notice how unproductive you are the entire time.

Cons

- No design for at all...so if you're a mechanical engineer or some sort of other type of engineer and you want a role where you get to design or have any amount of creativity this really isn't the job 4 u. - everyone looks dead inside and depressed / shell shocked at this job that has been working in this clean room for longer than 20+ years. Really sad.... - You have to wear a cleanroom suit that will make you sweat constantly for the 12+ hour long shifts on the days that you work. - there is a real attitude you get from the client that you will spend your entire time working for on the behalf of Nikon for, that they're better than you b/c their bage color is a different color than yours - working only 3 to 4 days a week sounds really cool at first, but eventually working on a shift like this really takes a toll on you.
