Pros
I've learned to handle high-stress situations, navigate complex challenges, and persevere even in the face of adversity.
Cons
Working at Nila Apps wasn't a great experience. The people in charge didn't treat employees well, and the deadlines were really tough. The overall work atmosphere wasn't good either. It felt like nobody cared about our work or appreciated our efforts. Instead, they just found faults in everything we did and made us feel like we weren't good at our jobs. What made it even worse was that the people who criticized our work didn't really know much about designing for user interfaces and experiences (UI and UX). This made it frustrating because their feedback didn't always make sense. One of the biggest problems was that when I first joined the company, they didn't tell me about a two-year contract I had to stay for. They also didn't give me an official job offer letter until eight months later. When I finally got the offer letter, it said I had to stay for two years before they would give me an experience certificate. When I asked the management about this sudden rule, they started treating me badly and singled me out for unfair treatment. No employee benefits at all. It's been a tough journey working at Nila Apps, and it's a lesson for others to be careful when choosing where to work. It's important to know what you're getting into and to make sure the company treats its employees fairly.
