Great Company to work for. Complete Core and focused work, No Client Pleasing, Not useless work. They allow us to learn and work on own interest and encourage for upskilling. They also enhance salary based on skill improvement without need to ask. I learned so much while working in them in 5 years that no chance I would have learned even half anywhere else. We need more such companies in India. I was working under Vaibhav Sir and he is a genius. He knows Everything about Everything and works super hard. He is always available for work or personal problems. I look up to him as my idol.

Sometimes we work late night. No one force us to but because we work on Research and Development and sometime things don't go as planned. So Team need to keep extra effort.
