6yWe appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative. We prioritize caring for our employees via our benefits, pay, safety procedures, internal promotions, and training offerings. This is a highly competitive and demanding industry and we have high expectations for all of our employees to remain dedicated and work hard. We aim to help everyone achieve their highest potential. That said, we do understand mistakes happen and have incorporated both formal and informal training to work on continuing to educate and improve our employees and our company as a whole.
