You don't have to pay any premium for your health care if you are single.
Cons
No 401K match, no performance reviews, no bonus, salary is way below average. Employees must wait one year before they can use any PTO and they won't reimburse any unused PTO to you if you quit, got fired or laid off. Management is terrible and they laid off all the technicians when oil price hit $110 barrel simply because company didn't want to pay for the facility rent. Management can simply fires employees at the scene.
