Pros
Job security (if you actually want to stay) Brand name looks good on resume - high volume of sales Coworkers were nice people and competent/good at their jobs
Cons
Low morale - the way things were run had the mid-level employees feeling stressed, overworked, and underappreciated, which led to low morale and negativity. I was not happy with my work-life balance here. Very high turnover - I was here under a year and within a year of me leaving more than half of the division peaced out (all levels from management down to assistants).
