4. Rules and policies are changed anytime as per management’s convenience, without consulting employees, and even management is not consistent in following their own rules.
5. Promised benefits during hiring (leave, bonuses, etc.) were not actually given.
6. Power harassment exists through biased treatment and misuse of authority by local team managers and HR.
