Pros

Ninja is no longer a startup but still, the collaboration and environment have not changed. All people in the company are eager to help others. The environment is really amazing and anyone is welcomed from the first day. For employees outside of the U.S. the salary is out of bounds of the current threshold. Having unlimited PTOs is a huge benefit that a few companies offer and Ninja has offered this even before the covid-19 pandemia. Since Ninja has been developing new products, the engineering team has had new challenges to play out. New technology stack has been added. New architecture proposals have been heard. Hence, your voice and experience are appreciated and welcomed. However, Ninja is a place for team players instead of rockstarts.

Cons

Since we have grown faster than we thought in the last couple of years, communication has struggled a little. It's not bad but has been difficult to be on top of the effort and things other teams are building. More benefits than salary can be offered to people outside of the U. S. Management can give more frequent feedback to employees.

Pros

The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic. One of the best parts of the job is the massive exposure you get to the overall business and long-term strategy, which really helps you grow your professional acumen

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.
