Pros

- Good learning opportunity to get your feet wet in the tech field or intro into sales - potential to make good money if you work hard - some employees are kind and helpful

Cons

- They seem to hire a lot of young immature people and allow them to be unprofessional. To the point where a new employee will show up professionally the first week and then conform to the unprofessional atmosphere with how they act and dress within the first month of starting - management is aware and allows disrespect amongst coworkers - coworkers are constantly sleeping with each other and talking about it in public amongst coworkers. I have overheard men in the office talking about threesomes they have had with coworkers and who they would like to have sex with - managers included - I have overheard women in the office talking about how ugly other women in the office are and talk down about them on many occasions - managers witness it and do nothing - if you are a favorite of management, you will be handed deals - overall extremely unprofessional experience and would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a job - the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced

Pros

The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic. One of the best parts of the job is the massive exposure you get to the overall business and long-term strategy, which really helps you grow your professional acumen

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.
