Pros
Nitehawk cares about their employees which is step above big corporations where you are just a number or cog in the wheel. Work atmosphere is that of a typical warehouse production facility. Teams are smaller where your voice and opinion is valued and not overlooked or ignored. The product we make is very straight forward so the training and production is easy to understand and you feel like you are adding value to the team, and you can feel good about the product we make. Management is very open to idea and process changes and show a desire to at the least try out the ideas if it can add value to any process.
Cons
It feels like Nitehawk is in a transition phase where it is like a small company, but we answer to a corporation with some implementation of corporation procedures. There is a lack is structure to some policy and procedural aspects of the company. Almost like we know about a problem, and maybe can come up with a solution, however we may or may not implement a solution in a timely fashion. Implementation is getting better, but there is always room for improvement.
