Pros
Flexible work schedule Decently organized work structure within Nitrado
Cons
Had to rewrite my review, as we've been fighting the company over glassdoor. They're taking an active stance to remove these by any means necessary. So let's stick to the FACTS! I was underpaid for the job I did for Nitrado. Any raise negotiations were a chore and they heavily disrespected me by undercutting my ask by 15k. Had to work over my vacations, there was no backup for my job and my responsibilities were time-sensitive. There was no refund of vacation time to accommodate the work done. Recognition is non-existent, weekly meetings for me were non-productive and at times key people wouldn't show up to them. It was disrespectful to sit there for 15 minutes waiting and wondering if there would be more attendance. It is public knowledge that Nitrado has acquired 2 additional hosting companies, which were then added to my workload without even the consideration of additional pay. They just expected you to do it. Every new contract you were expected to sign included less and less benefits, leaving some to refuse signature outright. The continuation of employment is NOT enough consideration. If you work in the US, expect to be treated very differently than employees located at the German office.
