Pros

You get exposure to a fast-paced SaaS environment where you’re forced to wear multiple hats — customer success, marketing, operations, and even bits of product thinking. If you’re someone early in your career or looking to build resilience and cross-functional skills quickly, you will learn a lot. The client-facing exposure is significant, and you’ll understand retention, lifecycle management, and the realities of handling demanding clients

Cons

The internal environment can be extremely challenging. Leadership alignment is inconsistent, and decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic. There is a noticeable lack of structured processes, which means a lot of firefighting instead of long-term planning. Management support is unreliable — in difficult situations, especially escalations or internal conflicts, you may find yourself on your own rather than backed by leadership. This creates a culture where accountability isn’t always evenly distributed, and narratives can be shaped without full context. Workload is high and often unrealistic. Handling 60–70 clients at once while being expected to deliver high-quality, personalized outcomes is not sustainable long-term. Burnout is a real risk here. Communication across teams can feel siloed, and there’s often a gap between what is promised to clients and what can actually be delivered, putting frontline teams in difficult positions

Pros

Nothing is good specially women.

Cons

They harass women, there’s no hierarchy or professionalism, and the Marketing AD lacks basic marketing knowledge. Senior leaders expect women to “grow” only if they meet their inappropriate demands. The work culture is terrible. They even deduct PF from salaries, but it never reflects in the PF account.

Pros

It's been a great place if you want to carve a path for yourself, while you contribute to the growth of company. Ample opportunities to participate and to grow.

Cons

Unsure of how most people would like it, but if you have been working in strict structures of design, it might be a little difficult for you to adapt.
