Pros

People are great, amazing support staff, they treated me & my customers like gold. I know this sounds like it’s too good to be a real review but it was truly one of my favorite places to work ever. If you do what’s expected of you it will be an amazing experience and their expectations are extremely realistic. I can’t say enough good about the people I worked with here! Great family work balance and freedom to do your job without micromanagement. I would absolutely recommend this employer as long as you’re willing to put in the effort.

Cons

It’s not an easy job, but it is fun & rewarding - one downside is befits are expensive

Pros

1. Decent pay and Commision structure 2. decent temporary job until you find something much better, literally anything else

Cons

There is a reason why this company has such bad turnover: 1. Awful Management, not involved for months, then out of no where they start to care again because upper management is freaking out. If you are struggling don't ask for help or training, because management will be too "busy" on fishing trips to help. 2. Very weird culture and unprofessional atmosphere. Weekly team sales meetings are a complete joke. 90% of the time they just want to talk about bad sports teams, their weight or their beards. 3. Awful product to try to sell. Its literally just air LOL. Management will literally hype this stuff up. 4. Lots of travel. In description it says 20% travel, it's more like 95% travel. I spent every day on the road and then they complain about expenses.

Pros

Not many. Kinda of make your own schedule

Cons

Micromanaged. Never consistant with goals changes from week to week. Benefits are not great, car allowance limited. Unrealistic daily expectations. Can do 50 things right and they pick out 1 or2 things and bust your chops about it. They use scare tactics to get you to try and work more.
