1. No professional ethics in workspace 2. No appreciation for hardworking employees. 3. Terrible handling of freshers in company. No training and proper orientation is given and they expect them to learn on their own. 4. They make you wait till 11pm and no facilities will be given. You are to manage it somehow. 5. Very manipulative CTO. Doesn't value your existence and no good appreciation even after late-night work. Terrible management. 6. Seniors don't help the newbies around and put in extreme pressure on new joinees.
