I feel empowered to use my technical skills to improve Nlets. My workflow is not restrictive to specific tasks. They really trust and rely on me to be the expert in my area. I enjoy the fact that the primary goal is not to simply produce revenue, there is a strong mission that I play a part of. The unique position of Nlets allows us to receive salary’s which are competitive in the private sector, while enjoying benefits and retirement plans that are usually only seen in the public sector.

Nlets is a relatively small group of employees. As a result, opportunities for upward mobility are currently limited. Unless you get lucky, the position you are hired for is likely the position you will be in for a while. Additionally, because it is such a small group you are often required to have a broad range of knowledge, as opposed to specializing in a specific niche within your field of expertise.
