Our compensation philosophy is shaped by our values and desire for a diverse, inclusive workforce, and one of the key ways to promote this is to lead with our best offer using market data. This practice ensures internal equity and that candidates of comparable skills are paid the same, regardless of their ability to negotiate. NoRedInk has faced some of the growing pains over the past year that many start-ups do, but we are proud of what we have accomplished and have been excited to see some of our early leaders and employees continue to grow through new and/or expanded opportunities.
