- No other way to put it: CEO would clone himself to run every team if he could. No trust in leadership, which results in lack of clear priorities and stilted growth.
- Massive turnover in the past year. Entire leadership team has left.
- CEO is obsessed with feeling like he won...even if this means undercutting someone's comp by a meager $2k-$3k just to feel like he got the last word in.
- Fine job if you're far removed from interacting with CEO, but I'm not long on company's prospects given the above.
