      The only good thing was working remotely

      The Management and GM’s were horrible. The worst I have ever worked for. Zero communication. The only thing they care anout was making money for the HOA. Dont get comfortable, even if you get hurt on the job, they will let you go with no warning. Everyone is replaceable. The pay was far below the cost of living. No reviews, everyone gets the same 3% raise, whether you do a good job or not. The Leadership team are the only ones getti
