I worked at Noesys Software for nearly 3 years and had a valuable learning journey. The company provided opportunities to work on diverse projects, enhance my testing and domain knowledge, and collaborate with supportive colleagues. I appreciated the approachable team culture and the chance to take ownership of my work. The experience helped me grow both professionally and personally.

As with any growing organization, some processes and policies could be further streamlined. Career progression and internal communication can sometimes benefit from greater transparency.
