Pros

Nothing at all, what should I say!

Cons

I worked at Nogor Solutions and deeply regret it. The Managing Director treated the company like a personal playground — spending lavishly on cigarettes and KFC for his kids while employees went unpaid for months. That level of neglect is not just unprofessional — it’s inhumane. The management has zero regard for employee wellbeing, zero transparency, and zero accountability. There is no HR policy, no structure, and no respect for time or effort. If you value your mental health, financial stability, or self-respect — stay far away from this company. No one deserves to be treated like this.

Pros

Pros: The company is able to successfully secure government contracts. Some opportunities for interns or new hires to get experience. Initial promises of growth or advancement are made (though not always kept).

Cons

Cons: Core developers are often fired right after contracts are won. Job security and promotion promises are usually broken. Fake employees are sometimes used just to showcase capabilities. Long-term employees are treated unfairly and let go without notice. The work environment is unstable and feels exploitative.

Pros

If you’re just beginning your career and only want to pass the days, this company is fine for you — nothing more than that.

Cons

No salary increments. No employee benefits. Leave requests are rarely approved. Very low wages and poor bonuses. Frequent mental harassment from the CEO. Constant personal and family drama involving the CEO. Female employees face sexual harassment and feel unsafe due to the CEO’s behavior, creating an unsafe environment for women. No opportunities for promotion.
