High turnover with an aggressive sales force and was fired on a Friday randomly without any notice or explanation. Nearly impossible to remain with this company for over 2 years. When they say grass is greener on the other side, they mean it because working at McDonalds pays a better base salary than Nolan for new hires. Look elsewhere
