I had a great experience working at Nonstop IO Technologies. The interview process was very smooth, professional, and friendly, which created a positive impression from the beginning. One of the best things about the company is its culture. The team truly follows its core pillars : empathy, clean code, and collaboration. Everyone is approachable and supportive, making it a comfortable environment to learn and grow. What I appreciated the most is that interns and team members get opportunities to work on real-world projects instead of only basic tasks. The mentors are extremely helpful and always guide you whenever needed. Along with technical skills, they also encourage personality development, ownership of projects, communication, and professional growth. Overall, it’s a great place for learning, collaboration, and gaining practical industry experience.
