      Pros

      The owners are fabulously wonderful people. They sincerely care about their employees as much as their products. I am proud to be a part of their legacy.

      Cons

      The biggest challenges are their lacking in true leadership management and their annoying inability to recognize talent among their current workforce. And even more so with the new talent less than a years service.

      This company promoted from within and encouraged a teamwork oriented environment.

      Cons

      There was very little investment in IT. Systemic warehouse issues hampered the company's ability to meet customer production targets.
