      Pros

      The other engineers(the employees) and that Mexican restaurant close by from the office . Other than that nothing else at all.

      Cons

      The Management doesn't know how to run the business and the owners cannot be trusted at all. There is a constant turnover of employees , while the current ones are threatened to be fired. One of the most unprofessional management I have come across in years.

      Pros

      Great place to learn because everyone is willing to share what they know and gives you space to grow.

      Cons

      Communication could be clearer from the top down. Sometimes it's hard to tell what's a request and a requirement, or why an email is being received. Moving up in pay significantly seems like it takes years.
