Pros

The energy here is infectious. Everyone is super motivating and encouraging.

Cons

Apart from te 2 hr orientation.m, Training was nowhere near what was promised they want you to learn everything on your own. Pay is 12.50 as well for walking around sams club speaking to 150+ people.

Dear Sir/Mam, We appreciate your compliment of our CEO and his management style, but we are seriously looking into your other comments. We do aim to be encouraging and motivation, and contrary to your opinion we consider our training methods a cornerstone of our entire organization. Hopefully you will find something that meets your desired employment with your next company. Best of Luck, Human Resources Team

Pros

Can do attitudes everywhere. Everyone is super positive and encouraging. It’s like a huge team and I love the competitiveness.

Cons

The training is really fast but I was able to keep up. More meetings with clients would also be good.

Pros

There are three major things that have made me grow to love working at NorSpark: team culture, travel, and personal development. 1) If you have sports minded attitude with a passion for growth and competition NorSpark is the place for you. From the second I walked in the door it was clear to me that everyone at NorSpark was a team; every individual is there to help you achieve your goals both in and out of the office. 2) I also love the fact that there are plenty of travel opportunities available. I have been to every corner of the country for work and the best part is that I got paid to do it. 3) I originally applied to NorSpark with the hope gaining management and marketing experience to develop my career and I got more than I could have ever asked for. NorSpark’s model rewards based on merit, not seniority, which gave me a chance to prove myself as a recent college graduate. Shortly after being hired I was promoted and began to build a team, transitioning from a marketing to a management role. I cannot stress enough that if you know what you want out of a career and are willing to work for it NorSpark will help you get what you want.

Cons

The flip side to NorSpark's merit based system is that you will need to get outside of what you're comfortable with often. Morning meetings are very high energy, and you will have to speak in front of people regularly.
