Nice work environment, decent salary, initially a good benefits package but it got reduced over time, flexible schedule.

Sometimes a bit too much work. Management didn’t seem firm enough, a lot of follow-up was needed.

The first that really impressed me and I haven't seen in this manner in other companies is the stubborn willingness to give chances to people; people that would under perform were time and time again given the opportunity to get themselves on a better path. Some of them didn't, yet some of them got better and are still in the company. My personal feeling is that people matter in this company, and your well being is important. Most of the days I get at work with a smile(except on Mondays). Other pros : - flexible hours - you can work from home - one hour per day of payed breaks - good salary - various technologies and projects - game room - things are improving each day - good location
