Pros

good vibes, they train you well. The culture and values are good but do not help pay any of the bills.

Cons

Most customers come with internet price in hand, or do their research and strip you of all your commission. I get it, but your flat off each car is as low as bird dogs. So even if you sell 15 cars and all of them are minis, which is happens often, you only make $2,250 that month. And it takes bell to bell schedule to be able to sell that many cars. On top of that, it will take you three months to finally get to car pro pay which bumps your mini flats up to $250 per car and only if you sell 15 cars a month for three consecutive months. Oh, and the first month doesn't count, you get paid no commissions the first month because it's training month. It was such a waste of time. I worked countless hours, sold cars but could not even afford to pay my bills and survive. Not worth it if you have experience and you're living on your own.

The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

Cons

It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
