      Pros

      Used to have a great culture, a friendly working environment and a clear mission. After the changes last year and the integration of the companies things went really really wrong.

      Cons

      No clear direction, culture of "save your friends and let everyone else to figure things out for themselves", forcing the integration at any cost, multiple unjustified layoffs... Definitely not the place you want to be.

      Remote first company. Flexible working arrangement.

      Cons

      Upper management only look at profit and numbers, and do not value much of operational employees.
