There are a few dedicated people who work very hard to help the organization succeed. Not one of them is in management.
Cons
The management is a bunch of disgusting liars and no one trusts them. They are ruthless, dishonest, and conniving. Every employee "lives in fear". Especially of the CEO Rich Wasielewski. And contrary to good organizations, the HR group will rat you out to management if you dare to approach them with your concerns about the dishonesty rampant throughout the organization. They lie to employees, customers and even themselves. It's truly a horrible place to work.
