Horrible management - Assembler I Nortek Employee Review

other than the benefits this company was one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of working for. There was little to no communication across shifts and with management. Their "safety policies" were that of a prison and management was allowed to pretty much do as they pleased fit. They would rather push the issues on their employees rather than take responsibility for their own actions even if that means firing the employee to make a point.
