Pros
I was able to negotiate a decent pay rate for myself so no complaints there (others however, regularly reported getting paid at a much lower rate) Met some cool people working there. They honestly made it worth staying as long as I did (plenty of crazy people working there too, which made it equally as interesting)
Cons
No one really knows what's going on. EVER. Couple that with a severe lack of communication from management down to workers, and the environment can get pretty hectic and sometimes hostile (but that's "manufacturing" ain't it? at least that's what they say) Safety is more of a box that gets checked rather than a top priority, or at least it was when I worked there. Certain protocols get overlooked if the production deadline needs to be met. They recently hired a new safety manager so he might be different, hopefully better. Poor values especially when it comes to valuing workers. Always get told what was done wrong but never thanked for the things that were done right. Rarely any compliments given at all. Plenty of reprimands and lectures.
