Terrible management that does not give raises due to work ethic. Management gave more raises to people that stood around talking all day, that completed one task, than they did to the people that completed all their daily tasks plus the tasks dropped by those standing around talking all day. I had a manager who did not like me call me a B in front of customers and coworkers and the HR dept did nothing but transfer her store 3 months after in incident

Managers don't really care. They try to preach thinking outside the box, but have a "that's not how we do things mentality". The lead in the department I worked in did not know how to be a leader. He was constantly sitting at a computer and would take credit for other people's contributions and work. Was told many customers loved my customer service, but management did not acknowledge that. Was made to feel like I wasn't part of the team.
