Pros
I was just like everyone else probably reading this review and many more I was conflicted. But I chose to give this place the benefit of the doubt (after all I did enjoy meeting with the managers and the person who conducted my 2nd interview).
After going through training and my first few weeks I understood why NorthGate takes pride in doing business differently and have a very entrepreneurial approach in teaching you.
So far I have had more hands on training than at my prior position and they really delegate work onto you quickly so you can grow your skillset. For an entry level position I thought I would be stuck in that role for long but I advanced to the next step fairly fast!
I am a green thumb myself so I like the fact that work is done here on tablets and that they are technology driven.
I am an extreme people person and get fulfilled in helping others, so when it comes to the products and services their clients provide I know I get to help someone out each day.
Strong communication with managers (open door policy)
Cons
-Most people are right when they say you have to work hard. I'm the person who believes in my work ethic and will always follow through on that. If you can't work hard and try new things that are uncomfortable for you I wouldn't apply.
-I enjoy evenings with my significant other and the hours are 11-7 so I don't as much time at night, But I get more done in the mornings.
