Pros
The people who work for the company are wonderful. The pay is decent for the position. The owner stresses a work/life balance. The company does teaching and encourages you to take classes and develop yourself professionally. Senior management is supportive and helps out when needed.
Cons
Being in property management, there are long hours and you also have to deal with difficult Boards and unit owners at times. It is the nature of the business, but still not easy for some and it causes burn out. The job itself is demanding and can be stressful, but if you know that going in, it is much easier. There has been a high turnover of managers mostly because they don't know the job before going in. Night meetings
