      Pros

      A fabulous place and to expand your knowledge of wine and seasonal fare. Room for growth within. A community feel where the regulars know you by name. Great FOH and BOH team.

      Cons

      No tips and low pay for five-star service. Holiday hours get ridiculous - all servers required on holidays without exception - and still, no tips.
