      Pros

      The staff, the resources, the education provided, the mission. This is a place to stick with. Tuition reimbursement, competitive pay, self scheduling and an open and supportive environment. I love it.

      Cons

      With all the growth, we need more staff. Management is working on that and it takes time to hire the right people and put them through training.
