Pros
I worked in ambulatory services and have had great experiences with most employees; everyone is generally kind to each other upon meeting and across different departments. There is a great sense of community when I worked there, both within the company and with their patients. From what I learned, compensation is higher than average for most jobs.
Cons
Upper management began to care less for those that were actually providing services, cared less about the patients, and cared more about profit. One thing that didn't sit well with me was that employees with bad patient care or with multiple filed reports against them would not be let go. This set up some departments to have poor working environments.
