      Tremendous autonomy to make financial decisions Free lunch Great office environment. Really did have great co-workers!

      Cons

      Not ideal for an individual with a young family. However, that’s honestly how commercial real estate operates. Being on call 24/7 Not hiring additional staff in regional offices to feed the bureaucracy at the HQ.
