Work Life Balance and the work itself is actually fulfilling
Cons
Culture is non existent. Employees don't understand how to communicate or create relationships. On the other hand, I appreciate all healthcare workers, really but anyone in corporate/operations are always forgotten. Corporate doesn't even have a kitchen but the nurses get a new relaxing room with massage chairs. They don't even provide computers to corporate employees unless you're in management. Ridiculous.
