Cons

Only care about selling life insurance to everyone you know. The scary part is some of the more senior advisors probably actually believe it’s in the best interest of their clients to take their life savings and buy whole life insurance

An awesome, team-oriented working culture; unlimited resources that help employees reach their full potential; emphasizes the importance of helping the clients from a moral standpoint; high positioned workers are easily accessible and willing to help.

Cons

The business itself can lack structure, but the resources provided by the company, along with the experienced employees, do a great job at helping me enhance my organizational skills in order to stay on top of things.

I wish there were any pros worth documenting

Cons

Do not work here unless you want to sell your family and friends whole life insurance. They know nothing about actual finances or financial planning, it is simple a ploy to get people to buy whole life and annuities. (the two highest commission paying products) if you are a client of this firm and did not ask for whole life or did not know what you were getting yourself into or even think the "plan" they told you is good please go show 5 big bank advisors this so called plan and I 100 percent guarantee you they will look at you like you have 10 heads.
