Pros

Well paid, lots of time off, opportunity to earn more through voluntary overtime, unionised and fair management. The job is interesting and can lead to a good career. Lots of benefits like free train travel etc. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Unsocial hours starting from 03:18 and finishing at 02:30. Dealing with fare evaders and anti-social behaviour can be intimidating.
