I know very little but I know a few people that work there and they love there job

I do not have any cons

For those that look for stability, attempts at being flexible as possible with schedules, pay I do not feel should be discussed, bottom line - come in strong, yet soft. Be willing to learn, continue that even if on your own. If right opportunity, consider it, but ask many questions, and hold accountable, yourself and said company.

I won't slam them, I will give lessons learned. This applies everywhere honestly. Atmosphere and office politic type bs - so unnecessary and closed minds try to implement ideas I would support, given correct framing and context.
