Could be a great place, if toxicity was removed and employees put first. - RN Case Manager Northside Hospital Employee Review

Pros

High pay, higher than average. If you are deciding to base your choice of employer based upon salary alone, than this may be the place for you. Colleagues are nice.

Cons

Speaking about NS Gwinnett: Workload is heavier than any is able to accomplish. Burnout is high among several professions, leading many to jump ship and leave. Toxic workplace from top down, bad for mental health.

Pros

I have been privileged to work for Northside Hospital for the past five years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. During my tenure, I have benefited from the organization's commitment to employee growth through its annual internal promotion policy, which has allowed me to advance within my current department. One of the aspects I value most is Northside's support for work-life balance and professional development. While working here, I was able to begin my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program from the ground up and am on track to graduate in December 2026. The flexibility and encouragement provided by the organization have played a significant role in helping me pursue my educational goals while continuing to contribute as an employee. I was a full-time employee for most of my career with the organization and recently transitioned to part-time status to accommodate the increased demands of my nursing program. The support and understanding shown by management throughout this process have reinforced my appreciation for the company's employee-centered culture. I am grateful for the opportunities, professional growth, and support I have received over the past five years.

Cons

None that I can think of right now
