Pros

Everything is great! Everyone is very helpful & nice The work life balance is awesome!! I love that there is a pension plan The on-boarding process was very good

Cons

Long interview process but it was during the holidays I don't have any cons yet I just started. It does take a long time to get your computer and get you up and running to do your job.

Student nurse extern

Pros

-some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

Cons

-low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
