The leadership team loves Jesus wholeheartedly. They care about their employees and their congregants well. They want their congregation to know their Bible and are very intentional about how that’s done.

Nothing to say. I genuinely love working at Northview.

There are definitely some good departments and good people that work here.

Definitely not competitive in salaries. You might be gaslit to believe you are doing kingdom work and don't need to be paid a great salary because of that by people who make very great salaries and spend most of their time on vacation. Some leadership have a hard time trusting people under the age of 40 to make decisions. Trust has to be earned and is hard to get from some leadership who are not qualified to oversee some departments. A lot of nepotism.
