Horrific, sad place to work. Bullying is wide spread at this institution. - Anonymous employee Northwestern Polytechnic Employee Review

Pros

There are some really amazing people working at GPRC and they make working there worthwhile. Too bad none of them have management positions. The benefits are good.

Cons

The management at the college is atrocious. They promote people who have no credentials to be in the positions they are in, but get around it by claiming “they are working on their Master’s or on their Bachelor’s degree”... If it wasn’t so sad, it’d be comical actually. This happens all the time. They employ some instructors to teach in programs without having ANY post secondary education themselves. Scary stuff!! DO NOT speak out about the bullying and harassment that is a wide spread culture at the college!!!!! Human Resources and management will seem as though they are listening at first, but you will be the one that will get disciplined in the end. The Human Resources department is the most unprofessional, gossipy bunch of women you will ever meet. Do not assume anything is confidential in their presence. This place has become so monumentally bad it’s sad. Every time you turn around there is another lawsuit against the college or one of its unions. Unions do not know how to represent their people as they are Employee Associations run by people who have NO idea what they are doing! The college is in desperate need of real union representation that is not in bed with management and Human Resources.

None to list. Nothing positive to say.
