Pros
Good modern office, majority are decent people trying to do a good job and push through the negativity.
Cons
Constant changing of expectations, misplaced blame culture which comes directly from the ownership at TVS. A new CEO whose only input so far has been to upset and alienate the workforce with no real clue how to solve the problems.
Watching as near whole teams leave together with no plan to replace and no attempt at retaining them.
Engineering understaffed and over worked while HR team is bloated and seem to do very little, no training, no job opportunities, all management come straight from TVS and bring with them bloated procedures and red tape, endless KPIs all built for a company making a million bikes and thousands of staff not for a company of 200.
Every new sales person is bought in as “Head of …….” On huge salaries with no bikes to sell for another year, pay for everyone else stagnant, company divided in half.
Engineering a TVS bike with a Norton badge is demoralising and not what the iconic brand should be, in danger of producing a pig in a posh frock.
